Personalstiftelsen Magnets Sportstuga are in Persbo, north of Ludvika after road 50. Located west on Lake Hillen.

As an Hitachi employee, you can rent the cabin for parties/department meetings in summer and winter.
The cottage can also be used for day conferences, but bring your own PC projector (no internet connection today).
Barbecue area is outside the cottage and by the water, sauna and shower down by the water.
The cottage has chairs and tables for forty people.
Two toilets in the main house, Kitchen with stove, Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave as well as crockery and cutlery for 40 people.
General information:
The cottage and the area belong to the Personalstiftelsen Magnet.
The foundation has appointed a board to handle the care of the cottage.
The members of the committee are appointed by Metall and PTK.
What You who rent the cottage should know:
Lighting switches are located immediately to the right of the entrance door.
The cottage is electrically heated. Normally there is maintenance heat of approx. + 16ºC. If you want more heat, there is a control box on the wall next to the hot air pump, and a switch in the plug cabinet for the radiators.
Do not touch the radiator switch or thermostat.
There is fire ban in the fireplace!
The switch with timer at the front door can be used to keep the exterior lighting on, when you leave the cottage in the evening.
The lighting switches off automatically after the set time.
The coffee maker is equipped with safety timer.
Cleaning, care and what you should bring with you to the cottage:
As a general rule, you should leave the cottage in the same condition as you want to see it when you get there to have a nice day / evening.
Therefore, make sure that:
Wash and tidy up the kitchen after you,
Clean the toilets,
Wipe the tables,
Vacuum and wet dry the floors,
Marshals must absolutely not be lit on the stairs due to the risk of fire!
To limit the amount of rubbish and waste, we prefer that you bring cartons, empty glass and return cans / glass with you home again when you leave the cottage.
Put the other rubbish in plastic bags, which are tied again and placed in the rubbish bin outside the cottage.
The bins are emptied every two weeks.
To bring:
Own towels for toilet and for dish drying,
Coffee filter 1x4,
Empty garbage bags both large and small,
Detergent for hand washing.
Before you leave the cottage:
Check that all water taps are closed.
Connect the shutters.
Lock the cottage, sauna and woodshed.
Do not forget to lock the road barrier.
Detected faults and deficiencies are reported to the Reception Headquarters upon return of the key.
Sauna:
Appropriations for care are on the sauna door.
Responsibility:
You who rent the cottage are formally responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period.
In the event of negligence, a claim for compensation for damage caused may be relevant.
Rent:
700: - / day paid in at Bankgiro 511-7635 Personalstiftelsen Magnet.

When paying, the rental date must be stated and who booked.
The rent is paid one week in advance from your rental time.

Keys:
Keys are collected at the reception at the head office (Hitachi Energy LUDVIKA) upon presentation of an Hitachi Energy ID card. Tel. 010-7382093 (Reception Head Office PG Valhallavägen 2, LUDVIKA).
If you rent the cottage Saturday to Sunday or Sunday to Monday, you must pick up the key on the Friday before 18:00.
Keys will be returned no later than 11:00 next Monday.
If cancellation occurs later than 5 days before the current rental time, full rent must be charged. The reason for this is to prevent "ignorance booking".
If the cottage is poorly cleaned after your visit, you will be charged for cleaning.
